Phantom Blade Zero has sold more than four million copies within 72 hours of launch, according to developer S-GAME. The action RPG released on October 29 for PlayStation 5, Steam, and the Epic Games Store.
The studio thanked players for the “love and support” in a short announcement, calling the milestone a major success for the game’s debut weekend.
The launch makes Phantom Blade Zero one of the fastest-selling games of 2026. Its blend of fast, stylish combat and a striking Chinese martial-arts fantasy setting helped it stand out in a crowded release window.
The game had already generated strong attention before release, with many players comparing it to Black Myth: Wukong as another high-profile action game from a Chinese studio.
S-GAME has not yet shared a breakdown of sales by platform or region. With the game now available on PS5 and PC, attention will turn to whether the studio can maintain momentum through its first full month and whether additional platforms are planned.
For now, Phantom Blade Zero has made a powerful opening statement—and its first three days suggest the action-RPG market remains hungry for stylish, high-production combat games.
